We will go through how to set up Location Data Inputs to track the lat/long of your Asset and assign it to the Asset Details to view the circle on the Map view.
Create Location Data Inputs
Go to Settings → I/O → + New Input and select Source = Location. Example:
Select the Gateway that has GPS capabilities and assign it to the correct Asset. Hit Create to save the Input.
Add Location Data Inputs to Assets
To assign the Location data input to the Asset you want to add a data input location for:
Go to the Home Page and search for the Asset
Go to Asset Details, hit Edit
Under Address, select “Data Input Location”
Under Location Data Input, select the newly created Location Input
