Adding Products

Definition of a Product: What you will be producing on the line.

Steps to Add Products:

  • Go to Configuration tab on the lefthand side, then select "Products", then hit New

  • Input Product Name, Product Units (what is being counted on the line, like bottles, bags, etc), and Product image (optional)

  • Add the Line(s) the Product will apply to

  • Save Changes at top right

Operators will now be able to select from these products when starting product runs on the HMI.

Adding Work Orders

Definition of a Work Order: A work order is a task or a job that can be scheduled (ie. producing X Products on Y Date).

See below for how to create and add a Work Order: Go to Configuration on the left sidebar, Select Work Order tab, Create Work Order on the right.

Adding Historical Runs

Definition of a Run: A Run marks the stop and end of a manufacturing process. The runs will automatically populate in the Quality and Performance tabs once they are done (once a run is started and stopped on the HMI).
